Delete Your VoLTE Mobile Account

1. How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your VoLTE Mobile customer account, send an email to support@voltemobile.com from the email address associated with your account.

Use the subject line Account Deletion Request and include your full name together with the email address or telephone number associated with your account.

VoLTE Mobile may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. Once your identity has been verified, we will process the account deletion request within 30 days.

2. Data that may be deleted

Where applicable, account deletion may include:

• Your VoLTE Mobile customer app profile.
• Your name, telephone number, email address and address associated with the customer app account.
• Saved account preferences.
• Authentication and active-session information.
• Other personal information that is no longer reasonably required to provide your account or services.

3. Data that may be retained

Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, customer-service or other legitimate business purposes.

This may include:

• Completed transaction and invoice records.
• Payment and reconciliation records.
• Financing or credit-related records.
• Records associated with current or previous service agreements.
• Records required to meet legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations.

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable business or legal purpose and will remain protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Outstanding obligations

Deleting your VoLTE Mobile customer app account does not cancel or remove any outstanding payment, financing, contractual or service obligations you may have with VoLTE Mobile.
